TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Welcome to Kintsugi Art Studio. Here you will find any relevant information about terms and condition when shopping at kintsugiartstudio.com.

PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS

When purchasing products on kitsugiartstudio.com you must fill all your personal information such as name, address, and payment information. Note, that a purchase made on kintsugiartstudio.com is not binding until we have accepted your purchase. You will receive a confirmation on your order via e-mail. Please note that this is not the final order confirmation.

The order is not accepted until it is approved and the items registered in our stock. You will then receive an order and shipping confirmation.

PAYMENT
At Kintsugi Art Studio, you can pay with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paynow and PayPal.

FREIGHT WITHIN SINGAPORE
The shipping is chargeable at $25 in all of Singapore for all orders.

You might also want to pick up the item yourself - free of freight costs at our studio in the east of Singapore. Your order can be picked up by appointment at our store.

WE SHIP WORLDWIDE

We ship worldwide. All consignments to foreign countries, you choose the delivery method and the costs will appear from the order confirmation before you pay. Its usually $40 -$50.

DAMAGED PARCELS?
The goods are insured in transit and we kindly ask you to check the content of the parcel upon receipt. If the parcel and/or the content are damaged upon receipt, please note that we are not responsible for goods, which have been damaged in transit. Please contact the freight forwarding company.

TIME OF DELIVERY

If you order before 10 AM we will do our best to ship out your order the same day. Should there be delays at the shipping carrier Kintsugi Art Studio cannot, however, be held responsible.

Europe approx. 4-10 working days
USA approx. 5-10 working days
Asia approx. 3-5 working days

RETURN POLICY

Kintsugi pieces are not allowed to be returned or exchanged

Classes bought at kintsugiartstudio.com cannot be refunded but we do offer you the chance to reschedule your class up to two times within 6 mth from the date of purchase.

Gift cards, can't be refunded or exchanged and have an expiry date of 6 mths from the date of purchase..

WANT TO RETURN A GIFT?

If you have received a gift, which has been bought from KIntsugi Art Studio and you wish to return the product we can exchange it for another product of the equivalent value. The gift cannot be exchanged for cash.

Products purchased in our physical shop, can be returned within 30 days and exchanged for another product or a gift card, no refund.

Sale items can’t be returned or refunded. If there is a manufacturing problem please contact the company which produced the product.

Classes bought at can be refunded within 24hours of purchase, after that the booking and payment is binding. Cancelled classes won't be refunded, but you will receive a voucher for a new class.

GIFT WRAPPING
At Kintsugi Art Studio, we wrap your products as a present, without extra charge. Simply write it in the comment field at your order and the product will be gift wrapped. Do you want the order sent directly to the receiver of the gift - simply just enter his or her address.

At Kintsugi Art Studio we use cookies to optimize our website and make your visit as easy as possible. A cookie is a small file which the website contains on your computer. The cookie identifies your computer and not you as a person. The cookies job is to let the website know when you return as a visitor. The cookie doesn't compromise the safety and you are at all time in your right to turn off the function in your browser. A cookie can in no way harm your computer.

You are able to join our mailing list by subscribing. When joining you will receive newsletters and other information from us. This service can be switched off at any time if you don't wish to receive newsletter anymore. You can unsubscribe at the bottom of the newsletter.
